Bank Statement Requirement

The bank statement proves financial resources to cover tuition and living expenses for at least the first year. Applicants must show funds equal to the total cost of attendance on the I-20 form.

Scholarship Opportunities

The USA offers a wide range of scholarships for international students including those from Pakistan. At undergraduate level, scholarships are merit-based and range from USD 2,000 to USD 25,000 per year. At graduate level, Teaching Assistantships (TA) and Research Assistantships (RA) often include tuition waivers plus monthly stipends of USD 1,500 to USD 3,500.

Receive Offer Letter
University issues offer letter with program details and tuition fee amount.
Step 5
Pay SEVIS Fee
Pay the mandatory SEVIS I-901 fee for F-1 visa applicants.
Step 6
Fill DS-160 Form
Complete the online visa application form for the F-1 student visa.
Step 7
Book Visa Appointment
Schedule an interview at the US Embassy or Consulate.
Step 8
Visa Approval & Travel
After visa approval, book your flight and begin your studies in the USA.
